For us, great taste starts with quality products from the region. At Hotel Christof, we therefore combine traditional South Tyrolean cuisine with carefully selected ingredients and wines from Eppan and the surrounding South Tyrolean Wine Road. Many of our guests particularly appreciate this combination of authentic cuisine, regional produce and personal wine recommendations.
Our menu features classic South Tyrolean dishes alongside seasonal specialities. They are complemented by wines from renowned Eppan wineries such as San Michele - Appiano, Cornaiano and Colterenzio – names that are closely connected with the local wine-making tradition.
